Privacy Policy — Blend In

This Privacy Policy explains what information Blend In ("the App," "we," "us") collects, how it's used, and your choices. Blend In is a party game developed by G&R Development.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Blend In does not require an account, login, or any personal information to play. Your player names, custom word lists, settings, and scores are stored only on your own device and are never transmitted to us or stored on any server we control. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data permanently deletes this information.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Advertising

Blend In is supported by advertising through Google AdSense (web) and Google AdMob (iOS/Android). To serve and measure ads, these services may automatically collect:

• Device identifiers (such as an advertising ID)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address or device settings)
• IP address
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• General device information (OS version, device type)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can review and adjust your ad personalization settings at Google Ads Settings, and you can reset or limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not have access to a database of user profiles, because we don't operate one.

3. Children's Privacy

Blend In is designed as a general-audience party game and is not directed specifically at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If Blend In is used by a family or in a setting that includes children, ad personalization for those sessions should be treated accordingly under each platform's child-directed advertising settings. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us at [email protected] and we will address it.

4. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other U.S. state privacy laws, including the right to know what data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we do not collect or store personal information on our own servers, most of these rights are exercised directly with Google for advertising data — see Section 2 above. 5. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data because we do not collect any beyond what is described in Section 2, which is retained according to Google's own policies.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
